Our final weekly reel of the Spring term. Another varied week which included Easter Bingo, celebrating our Star Awards, Gardening club planting potatoes, India day for Y3/4 where they made a curry and rangoli patterns, counting the traffic in the village, Golf at Carus Green. Y5/6 attended Glow Dodgeball at the Lakes School and sewing club went to visit @superlovemerino and that is just the tip of the iceberg! We would like to wish all our school families and members of our community a very Happy Easter 🐣

Red team were House of the Half term and so today they enjoyed milkshakes and mini muffins with Miss Strange. Well done Reds.

Looking good in your own clothes! These two from Jacob class were the lucky ones sharing milkshakes and cupcakes with the rest of the red house as part of the reward for most house points of the half term. They both said ‘thank you for the yummy treats’ ❤️

Lots of teamwork taking place in gardening club this afternoon. The children planted potatoes, beetroot, cabbage and pots of basil and watercress! We can’t wait to see what grows!

Herdwick class have had a fantastic day celebrating all things India! Making Rangoli patterns, listening to Indian music and eating spicy curry and naan bread. What a lovely day! 🇮🇳
