This afternoon, Herdwick class have had a fantastic second session at Staveley Bowling club. The sun was shining and we had a great time practising our skills. We’re already looking forward to next week!

What a night! Amazing effort tonight by our ski team who took part in the Kendal Schools ski race event. 🎿⛷️Well done Staveley Snow Ninjas! Thank you to #kendalsnowsportsclub for another fantastic evening of skiing.

What a lovely day for learning outdoors. We even managed hot chocolate and marshmallows in our outdoor classroom. Just another gorgeous day of learning in Jacob Class.

We’ve had the best morning welcoming John and his fantastic animals from the Creepy Crawly Roadshow into our classroom! We’ve also had some super playful lambs in our playground (and classroom sshh!) Thank you to the families who loaned us the lambs and your hard work organising this and thank you to all our preschool friends for joining us. It’s been fantastic 🐑🐍🕷️

It’s our preschool animal adventures morning this morning. We will be welcoming a lamb and the creepy crawly experience to our classroom this morning. Why not come and join us at 10am to see our lovely school and join the teddy bears on their picnic. The session runs 10am- 11:30 am.

Herdies got messy in our science lesson this afternoon! As part of our States of Matter topic, we investigated how some materials can be both solids AND liquids, by making Oobleck! We found when we applied pressure to the Oobleck it was a solid, however, when we released the pressure it changed into a liquid 🧑‍🔬

The rain didn’t stop us this afternoon at Golf Club! 🌧️Another fantastic session, this week joined by Adam and Kyle from @carusgreengolfclub @adamlynn_pga 🏌️⛳️ We aimed for different targets, including a moving hoop, which was a challenge but lots of fun! 👏
