A beautiful morning for our annual whole school walk. It was lovely to welcome Sarah from @macmillancancer who joined us on the walk and then we presented her with a cheque for £1250 - an amazing amount that has been raised by our school community from a coffee morning back in October, a book stall and our sponsored walk. A massive thank you to Jan and Spud the Bike for coming in to tell us all about your epic challenge, cycling from John O Groats to Lands End on your own. It was a truly inspirational talk which gripped the children. One child said “that has really inspired me to continue to work hard at my swimming.” Everyone was so busy listening we only got one picture! Amazing job Jan and Spud 🚲 @tracymindbodyfit

They’re is no Little Lambs playgroup at school tomorrow. We are going on our whole school walk! Why not join us for this, we leave school at 9.15am, walk up Hall Lane and round back to school. 3 miles - all pushchair friendly! We hope to see you in the morning.

What a fantastic day for Key Stage 2! We had a brilliant time Ghyll scrambling in Coniston in the lovely sunshine ☀️ Everyone showed resilience, confidence and determination, whilst cheering on and supporting their group!
